SBR Sports, Inc. honors a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not happy with your item(s) you must notify SBR Sports, Inc. by email, firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt to be eligible to return your item(s).
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items that have been damaged. If an item is received as damaged you must notify SBR Sports, Inc. by email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, we will only accept these items at our discretion.
Note: Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

SBR Sports, Inc. will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this takes place.
